Quaint Birthday #5.

Darrell and I are not the big party throwers, thus Derek's birthday was quaint:) We also prefer quaint because we don't want lots of new things to keep around the house. The original park we were going to have the party at was packed, so we went to the very run down park in our neighborhood.

He invited our neighbors and then two families in our ward. The kids had fun just running around together. We had cupcakes, popcorn, pretzels and water. He received a few presents that he really was excited about.

I can't believe he is already 5!!! Where does the time go??? The last picture is one of sweet Sarah...she was so cute crawling around the park. It was chore enough trying to make sure everything on the ground didn't end up in her mouth (garbage, cigarette butts, old gum, and the like).
