Howard Legrand Lamb - March 2015

My Grandpa Lamb died in March.  Darrell and I had the opportunity to go to the funeral in the valley.  Although funerals are a sad time, they are also a good time because of the reuniting with family.

This is a picture with my dad and his siblings.

These are then and now pictures:)  This is all the Lamb cousins many years ago (minus a few who were not yet born).  I'm in the front row 3rd from the right, holding my little brother Nick.  Brother Brett just to the left of both of us.  My sister Stephanie being held by my mom in the next row above Brett.  My dad is in the middle on the top row.  My youngest brother Brandon is not yet born in this picture.

These are all the cousins now (minus one who lives in Hawaii and couldn't come).  I don't think we have all been together like this in many many years.  It was fun to get a picture with everyone.

Valley Trip - March 2015

We went to the valley to visit in March.  We played with family and even got to see Great-Grandma Ford.  We went to the park and a movie during the visit.  The cousins had fun together.

These pictures are from visiting Cabella's.  Living in Snowflake our kids have been "deprived" of all the big city stores.  They love to see all the animals at Cabella's and watch the fish.

This picture was taken after watching Cinderella at the movie theater with cousins.

Derek found some scrap styrofoam at Grandma Lamb's house and built what he called the "Peoria Arizona Temple."  Yes...very creative.

Derek's 10th Birthday - March 2015

I can hardly believe Derek is 10!!  Where has the time gone?  It hit me that he will be living in our house less time than he already has...nuts!

These are pictures from his quaint birthday party...a few cousins.  They enjoyed some outdoor fun, pizza, and cake.

His birthday cake of choice was sheet cake.  A corner of it is missing because earlier in the day the Sister missionaries had dropped by and Derek shared with them.  It's hard to tell in this picture, but the candles are being propped up by toothpicks.  I mean really...who invited those.  A huge candle with a tiny stub to stick in the cake...does not work!
