One thing I am working on is exposing my children to the outdoors as much as possible. This particular trip I was not in the mood to go on, but Darrell and the kids had a blast. Darrell was ready to go way before the kids were. Derek and Emily love wandering in areas that are not developed where they can just have fun. Derek loves trees that touch the ground and he can go under and pretend they are houses. Emily mostly likes looking for rocks.
