Lego Creation - Enterprise

We really enjoy Star Trek, and recently have watched many re-runs and the newer movies.  This has sparked Derek's Lego creativity.  He has been designing many spaceships.  This one is the Enterprise.

Fun Creation & Writing by Emily

Some random pictures.  Derek made the lego airplane and pipe cleaner flag.

Emily has been practicing her writing.  I have her copy sentences, and sometimes I let her tell me the sentence she wants to copy.  This is the sentence she chose.  The big boxes between words are from her reading lesson book.  In the early lessons of the book, those boxes are used to show space between words.  She is very observant, and chose to do the boxes too.

Derek Creation

My sweet boy is always coming up with new

Lego creations.  This was a pair of glasses.

They could even fold up like real glasses

Lego Men

Derek made a bunch of unique mini figures with his multitude of mini figure parts and wanted me to take pictures of them...so here they are:)

Lego Prison

Derek is a very good lego builder when he is in the mood.  (Sometimes he forgets he likes it so much and says he is BORED...oh how I dislike that word from my kids!)  This creating is a prison.
